We are a group of honest, ethical RE investors with a passion for learning as well as teaching.  This group was created due to the enormous amount of questions we receive every month asking "how did you do that?"  We actively buy and sell RE through many methods from conventional to "creative" means.  This results in a knowledge base that is continually growing.  We encourage those of you that might be "stuck" or simply want a little "nudge" to tap into this knowledge by attending our monthly meetings.
