Mike recently taught an all day class in Long Beach in October, titled ‘Don’t get voted off Real Estate Island’ which was about surviving and prospering in another down market, as this is round three for Mike. As a frequent speaker at Bruce Norris and Jack Miller seminars, Mike has met most of the big players in the buy-sell house business and knows what it takes to survive in this business.  Prior to Real Estate, from age 16 to 21, Mike was a professional skateboarder on the Pepsi skateboard team.
